Chlara Isobel Magtultol, a British-born Filipino singer, possesses not only a heavenly voice but also excellent guitar skills and songwriting abilities. Her early success is no accident. Having grown up in the UK, Chlara’s English pronunciation is impeccable, allowing her to interpret English songs without any difficulty. Although her music-loving father passed away when she was two, he passed on his passion for music to her.
